Dermahel SB is a skin brightening Mesotherapy solution designed to reduce and prevent hyper-pigmentation and even the skin tone. The formula holds ingredients that acts by blocking the conversion of L-DOPA to eumelanin and phaeomelanin by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase. Dermaheal SB helps to brighten the skin leaving it smooth, soft and glowing for a more youthful and fresher look.
